The Two Year
Diploma in Higher Education (DipHE) consists of the first two years
of
the BMus programme, and is also validated by Thames Valley University.
The course is a popular choice for musicians
who want professional training but who
do not want to dedicate 3 years to their studies. It is also ideal for
those who do not
possess the necessary qualifications to enrol at degree level (100 points
at A level or
equivalent are required). Successful completion of the second year entitles
students
to complete the third year of the degree. The practical elements of
the audition are
the same as for the Degree.
